DETAIL: STILL MAKING LIGHT BECOME ART

Detail Lighting have been making light become art since the year 2000 and specialise in the design and supply of LED products.

LED is fast moving and game changing technology within the lighting industry, from which forward-thinking companies are developing a vast array of uses.

A genuine equivalent to traditional light sources, comparable to 50 Watt Halogen and even 35 Watt Metal Halide bulbs, are now dominating the marketplace.

Such systems can mean huge savings, in comparison, and switching to low energy bulbs is an easy way to reduce carbon emissions.

Demand for LED products has soared as a result and Detail are driven by the latest developments in this area.

They use their technical experience in colour temperature, intensity, colour rendering and positioning of light sources in each project.

Company director Piero de Marchis has over 25 years of industry experience and leads a talented team of 11 who are committed to forging a path forward.

Their main base is in Buckinghamshire, but they also have studio presentation space in London to show off their products.

They’ve been boosted by a strong presence in the aerospace and defence sector, which has led to year on year growth.

But their products are about fashion and function and are shown off in their ‘Motolux’ (motorised lighting) showroom in the Poppy Building, which is dedicated to the range.

The motorised products have been a success since their launch in 2016 and have remote controlled pan and tilt functions, with tune-able lighting using the highest CRI possible.

Design’s light becoming art motto is evident through their bespoke designs, which blend in with their surroundings.

Simple but sophisticated, crisp lines and soft materials enhance any artistic upgrade and compliment the ambiance of a room to become a sensory experience.
